Per the Seller, this home has been renovated more than once, but very extensively in the early 1980s with some 8 inch walls and "super insulation" nearly all windows in house are new within last few years.

In-ground swimming pool holds approximately 20,000 gallons.  New solar cover purchased in March 2016.  New pump motor, filter, and pool liner in 2012.  New fence installed around the pool in 2015.

Outbuilding #1:  

Commercial grade steel framed shed/pole barn. 31 x 70' with concrete floor. It's heated, plumbed, and insulated.  Newer 9 foot vehicle door and three newer steel entrance doors. Several propane gas outlets.  Shed is split into two areas with each space being heated with a separate propane furnace.  The section containing the "office" space and "kitchen" space is heated by a brand-new (January 2017) residential furnace that runs on Propane*.
