What You Need To Know
Per the Seller, this home has been renovated more than once, but very extensively in the early 1980s with some 8 inch walls and "super insulation" nearly all windows in house are new within last few years.
In-ground swimming pool holds approximately 20,000 gallons. New solar cover purchased in March 2016. New pump motor, filter, and pool liner in 2012. New fence installed around the pool in 2015.
Large garden area, fenced in, and with a frost-free faucet at the edge of garden.
Outbuilding #1:
Commercial grade steel framed shed/pole barn. 31 x 70' with concrete floor. It's heated, plumbed, and insulated. Newer 9 foot vehicle door and three newer steel entrance doors. Several propane gas outlets. Shed is split into two areas with each space being heated with a separate propane furnace. The section containing the "office" space and "kitchen" space is heated by a brand-new (January 2017) residential furnace that runs on Propane*.
***Please note - this building is the ONLY building that uses propane. The house has natural gas service from MG&E***
Building has 200 amp/30 circuit board wired for welders. Professionally serviced in March 2016. Kitchen area with cabinets, counters, sink, range, oven, and brand-new refrigerator (April 2017).
This building has its own separate septic system. A well for the building failed several years ago and was abandoned. Water is now supplied from the house via a pipe underground from house basement.
Outbuilding #2:
Two car garage, constructed of concrete block with brand-new metal roof. Large space to park two cars, plus a separate workshop area that also houses pool filter and pump. Building almost completely rebuilt in July of 2012. Much new construction and brand-new metal roof installed at that time, along with electrical wiring, roof insulation, and new doors with electric opener's. Heavy underground electrical wiring from the house. Welding outlet. Formerly a pottery studio.
Outbuilding #3:
Stable. Approximately 14' x 20' concrete block with concrete floor. No electricity. Formerly used as a stable.
Well replacement in August 2010, everything brand-new but the hole. Installed higher capacity 11 GPM pump to replace older 9 GPM pump. Brand-new motor, pump, pipe, electrical wiring, and junction box.
The minimum lot size for this area is 4 acres. According to Dane County and township of Verona, the property is dividable into two separate lots to enable construction of another home, or sale of acreage as a building lot.
