About Kristin Grissom

I’m a Wisconsin native who grew up in Waukesha and have built my life and career across the state, with a brief chapter in California along the way. Today, I’m proud to call the Madison area home and help others find their place here.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in parks and recreation, including eight years as the Director of Parks, Recreation & Forestry for the City of Sun Prairie. My work focused on serving people, strengthening communities, and managing complex projects. That experience now shapes how I guide clients through buying and selling with clarity and confidence.

In 2025, I also launched a consulting business focused on helping organizations become more aligned and effective. At its core, that work is about listening, problem-solving, and helping people make smart decisions, which I bring into every real estate experience.

My path into real estate is personal. After moving into the Point Gardens neighborhood in Poynette, I fell in love with the community and the experience of working with my own REALTOR®. That inspired me to get licensed and help others find that same sense of home.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with my two daughters, tending to my ever-growing cut flower garden, or enjoying the outdoors through hiking and kayaking. Our home also includes a cat and one very lovable, very large dog.
