For us, it includes color coordination, renovations advice (and subsequent coordination) and preparing home sellers, vendors and photographers to place the property in the best possible light so as to then expose the property to the market to the biggest audience we can show it to through our internet marketing programs.
Staging a home for sale is very beneficial to expedite the sale process. It is one of the factors that we consider essential to selling any home. We provide this service free of charge, and believe me, it's not an easy task. Our stagers spend a considerable amount of time making recommendations for renovations, coordinating those renovations, and then staging a home to make it more appealing to the largest audience of buyers.
