The Point Gardens neighborhood is officially underway, with ground broken on the first 8 homes in Phase One of the newest neighborhood in Poynette. The first home that sits at the entry of the neighborhood on Lot 4 Boneset Ave is a midcentury modern style 3-bedroom with 1,400 above-grade sq. ft and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has standard 8 ' ceilings and includes a rough-in for a future bathroom and an egress window for a future 4th bedroom. Prices for this model home start at $369,900.
