August, 2019

Welcome to Shire Wood, Lake Wisconsin's newest residential development offering 12 unique building sites ranging in size from 2.2 to 14+ acres with 174+ feet of water frontage.

The neighborhood continues to take shape with the majority of rough grading completed for our two new main roads - Crane Hollow Ct and Gold Bluff Ct. In addition, the first build site (Lot #3) is now under contract.

Did you know that we're milling all the fallen Oak, Walnut, and Cherry wood into boards and slabs for Shire Wood residents use as building accents on their new homes or for unique custom furniture? 🌳

You can read all about it but the best way to truly appreciate Shire Wood is to come visit us.  🌅

Build Site #1

Lot 1 on Crane Hollow Ct offers 5.68 acres with 174' of water frontage. This is the largest lot in Shire Wood and is perched well above the water, with a flat, meadow-like backyard and private pier offering fantastic sunset views.

Build Site #2

Lot 2 Crane Hollow Ct offers 4.54 acres with 179' of water frontage. The boardwalks on lots 2, 3 and 4 are placed within 3 inches of the high water mark to allow for pier access.

Build Site #4

Tucked back on a perch overlooking the water, Lot 4  on Crane Hollow Ct offers 3.81 acres with 191' of water frontage. The boardwalks on lots 2, 3 and 4 are placed within 3 inches of the high water mark to allow for pier access.

Build Site #7

Overlooking the water with views of the bluffs, Lot 7  on Gold Bluff Ct offers 3.24 acres with 245' of water frontage and features what's left of the original farm house - an old silo and rock wall that could be incorporated into your new home design. Or not. 🤷🏻‍♂️
