We successfully sold our home with Accord Realty, Brandon and his staff. His communication and attention to detail was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Brandon listened to all of our concerns and represented our wishes during every step of the process. We were unsure how things would go with all the challenges we felt COVID might present but to be honest all went very smooth. From the time our listing went live we had numerous showings and had multiple offers and accepted one in less than 5 days. Brandon kept up the great work right up until we closed on the house. Very honest and won't tell you you should buy a place just to make a sale if you're lukewarm about it. I'll be sure to contact her again if I'm ever looking for more property in the dane county area.
